We’ve been featured on this fantastic site ‘Bambino Goodies’ this weekend. Bambino Goodies is a great shopping guide for all baby things that are cool, stylish and funky and not covered in teddy bears! Published every weekday the blog comprises of news, reviews, features and trends.

I’ve been meaning to make one of these sweet Little Kittys for a while and the opportunity arose as my other son has a girl friends party to go to, so this Little kitty is on its way to a 4 year old. The pattern was easy to follow and for the dress I used Oz Lollipops Green.

Alfie is growing at a rate of knots, I can’t quite believe he’s 6 months already. One of our customers Alice, makes these super cool Dribble Bibs and I just had to have one – well 3 actually! Alfie is wearing Frippery Green, one of the other designs used is Little Vintage Cowboy. For more info on these great bibs and other items, take a look here.

When these Little Kitties wandered into Fabric Rehab, we had to give them a home! What little girl or boy wouldn’t love one of these to cuddle up to. The pattern is by the designers Melly and Me, its straight forward, has easy to follow instructions and imagine the wardrobe of clothes you could make for them – happy days!

We’ve stocked the shop with these wonderful felt kits from Paper and String. One cupcake kit makes 6 cakes, there is enough ribbon to decorate the cakes and make hanging loops so you can turn the cupcakes into ornaments/decorations, perfect for childrens parties. The owls are also a great introduction to childrens sewing, only basic sewing skills required.

Our dog Sidney is a sucker for a warm fire (mind you, so am I), as soon as I say ’shall we light the fire’ he’s camped out in front of the wood burner.
As its sooo cold we thought it would be wise to get some lovely needlecord into the shop, we’ve got 3 different designs and they can be found in the ‘Cool Cords’ category. They’d make gorgeous pinafores, skirts or shirts.

I don’t think there are many parts of the country that have escaped the snow and although we had alot today and local schools were closed, here at Fabric Rehab we are still getting orders out, we wouldn’t want to hold up any crafty projects! Having said that they may be delayed if Royal Mail can’t get through to the worst affected areas, hopefully not for too long.
So to brighten up a cold winters day we’ve put together 2 wonderful bundles of 12 FQs, equivalent to 3 yards of fabric in each bundle. They’re fresh, zesty and quite frankly irresistable! Available here in ‘Fabric Bundles’.

Even though its the holidays alot of you have been beavering away, it seems you’ve got the crafting bug! These lovely bags were made by Charis who not only is very crafty but is a photographer too, you can see more of her photography here. The fabric Charis used was Lollipop Trees Pink and Wild Seed Pods Green, we’ve just taken delivery of more Carolyn Gavin designs, soon to appear in the shop.

Beverley made this gorgeous bag using Humming Birds Mustard, it’s a beautiful design by Patty Young, we also have Blossoms Yellow which is part of her Flora and Fauna collection.

Finally, we have this cute tote bag from Sarah, using the Apple collection by the designer Alice kennedy, this collection of fabrics would make a stunning quilt. Take at look at more of Sarahs creations at The Bothered Owl on Folksy.
